Notification of Change in Auditors

ACN 618 937 054 Limited (the Company)

The following statement is made for the information of Members of the Company.

Notice is given that the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has, under s329(8) of the Corporations Act 2001, confirmed the resignation of the Company’s former auditor.

To conform with the disclosure requirements required by ASIC, specifically Regulatory Guide 26 at paragraphs RG 26.59 to RG 26.61, the following information is provided:

1. Details of outgoing auditor:
   PriceWaterhouseCoopers of One International Towers Sydney, Watermans Quay, Barangaroo NSW 2000

2. Details of the proposed incoming auditor:
   Walker Wayland NSW, Chartered Accountants, Level 11, Suite 11.01, 60 Castlereagh Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000

3. Reason for the change in auditor:
   The outgoing auditor made application to ASIC to resign as the Company’s auditor and ASIC has consented to the application to resign by way of correspondence dated 29 June 2021.
