My daytime gig is a Capability Expert (that’s my actual title, not a brag!) in financial services so I have a good idea of what it takes to offer value to customers in finance. I’m also rocker chick from way back with a side hustle as a novice entrepreneur running my own business – Manly Pop-Up Jazz.
Tell us something unexpected about you?
People often see me as an extreme extrovert however I am actually very shy with the things that matter most and require time to unplug.

Hi, my name is Heather and I am a wineaholic. I especially like expensive, preservative free, organic reds.
Halo time: what’s the best thing you’ve spent money on?
There can be no doubt that the best investment I have made is in my children, Alexis and Hugo. They are my morning sun and evening star. The ROI is and will be exponentially priceless.
How did you find out about xinja? Why did you choose xinja?
I’ve watched the company emerge and I love what it is becoming. I’ve always wanted to get in on something exciting from the ground up, and I see this as my chance! Being agile with my decisions means being smart with my money. I think Xinja has a great offer & can support people like me, build a business. I also chose Xinja because one of the people I trust the most in my world works there.
If sky’s the limit, what would xinja create?
I think it would be incredible to run all my finances through a single, touch-free platform. One that helps me make sound decisions based on my current actions and leverages AI to make better recommendations that help me build capital. For example, yes I want to buy that Temple Bruer Pinot Noir from the bottle shop but did I know that I can actually get a case direct from the vineyard at 15% less?

You have to nurture me in the long game. I’m starting a new business and new to it. How can Xinja make it easier for me? How can I leverage Xinja now and going forward to be my small business financial advisor of choice? Partnering with me early and helping me build capital – would go a long way for me.
