What to Expect

Send us your CV to [email protected] (or apply via xinja.technologypeople.com.au if the job description’s there) with your most relevant experience. We’ll get back to you in a few days to a week (max 2 if we’re busy!) to let you know the outcome of your application.

What to Expect

We’ll then give you a quick ring to understand a little bit what you’re looking for & why you want to join Xinja. At every stage, we’ll come back to you quickly to let you know how we thought it went and what’s next.

Before we get too far down the line, it’s important we establish that we’re on the same page about expectations – ours and yours!

Technical Interview

What to Expect

You’ll meet your potential manager to talk about your past experience in more detail. Depending on your role, we might give you a case study or scenario for you to demonstrate your experience, but we’ll let you know what to expect before you get here!

Why we do this?

To get real understanding of your skills and experience. This is your opportunity to understand more about the role, what it’s like to work at Xinja and show us how awesome you are.

Psychometric Testing

What to Expect

We’ll then ask you to do an online test of your general abilities and working style. We’ll email you the link and you can do the test where & when suits you.

Why we do this?

We’re building a bank from scratch which may sound exciting (it definitely is) but it’s tough and won’t suit everyone so we need to make sure Xinja is the right fit for you.

Coffee with the CEO

What to Expect

One final meeting over coffee with Eric, our CEO, to make sure you’ve met more than one of us at Xinja to get a feel for who we are and where we are going.

Why we do this?

It’s your (and our) final opportunity to imagine working together and check to see if you still like us after the process we put your through!

Offer!

What to Expect

Congratulations! You’ll get a call from your new Manager with an offer followed up by an email to confirm details. If you’re happy to accept then we’ll send you a contract and some paperwork to return before you start.
